Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room can be reassigned.
The payment of one night deposit is required at the time of your reservation if the payment is by credit card, if you are going to make your payment by means of a deposit you will have 7 days to send us your voucher. The hotel has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the advance deposit. We will send you a cancellation confirmation by email right after canceling your reservation.

When booking, please note the maximum occupancy rules as no additional people will be allowed.
