ESTABLISHMENT

Do you have private parking?

Yes, we have an area  for free parking, subject to availability.

Are pets allowed in the villa?

No, pets are not allowed in the villas.

Do you have Wi-Fi service?

Yes, there are two networks available, one in the area  reception  and another available in the villas section.

Do you have a pool?

Yes you can  find a pool and wading pool available to all  guests

Which one  is the pool hours?

The pool hours are every day from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Are there areas for smokers?

Yes, it is possible to smoke outdoors.

BOOKINGS

Which one  is the time to check-in?

Check-in must  done later  from 2:00 pm. In case of late check-in must contact us to let us  to know.

Which one  is the time to check-out?

Check-out is done until 12 noon. For departures after the stipulated time, the guest must contact us to check availability. Additional costs may be applied.

How  can i make a reservation?

You can  book through our website, by email  or directly by phone .

Do you have a restaurant or food service?

No, we do not have any type of food service.

Are there rooms for guests  with reduced mobility?

Yes,  some  of our villas are on one level, you can confirm with us the type of villa you want.

Do the villas have air conditioning?

Yes, all the villas and the hotel room have air conditioning.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Until what age do children not pay?

Children do not pay until 3 years of age.

Which  are the methods  of payment?

You can make payment by card through the website, bank deposit or transfer.

Do you need a credit card  to make the reservation?

No, it is not necessary.
