These regulations establish the general rules of conduct for each of the guests who enter this establishment of their own free will without exception, in order to provide them with a comfortable stay, regardless of their race, religion, country of origin, language or beliefs.

• The delivery to the guests of the villas and rooms will be from 2:00 pm Mexico Pacific time.

• Guests must vacate the villas and rooms before 12:00 am Mexico Pacific Time.  

• All people staying must register before entering the hotel.

• The hotel reserves the right to admit occasional visits and in no case will they be allowed access to the rooms. In case of non-compliance, the management reserves the right to order the immediate departure of the visitor.

• Any damage caused by guests to objects, personal property or property owned by the hotel, will be their sole responsibility, and they must pay for their repair.

• Accommodation is non-transferable.

• The administration declines all responsibility for the loss of jewelry, money, documents or other values of any kind kept in the rooms, due to the existence of a safe for their custody.

• From 10pm in all rooms the acoustic volume should be reduced. Also respect the silence at night in the corridors.

• The hotel is not responsible for any type of accident and / or event that the guest suffers within the hotel facilities such as falls, blows, animal bites, among others. The expenses that this accident or event originate will be borne by the guest, exempting the hotel from any legal responsibility.

• The consumption of toxic drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances is prohibited, within any area of the hotel, this infraction will be reported immediately to the corresponding authorities.

• It is forbidden to alter the order or cause inconvenience to the other users within the establishment, to use the electrical current and the mechanical equipment installed in the rooms for other purposes than those for which they are intended.
